Common questions
Does it directly access my database? I’m worried about security.
We only run read-only queries. Connection credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM — even the StemAllDay team cannot decrypt them.
Is it real-time?
Stats refresh every 30 minutes via cache. Check once in the morning, once before you log off — that’s the sweet spot.
Does it support MySQL?
Currently we support MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and Supabase. MySQL is coming in the next update.
Are there limitations on the free plan?
