1. Service Overview
StemAllDay is a subscriber tracking service for indie developers and side-project builders. It connects to your database in read-only mode to collect and display signup statistics.
2. Eligibility
- The service is available to individuals aged 14 or older and to legal entities.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not register using another person's information.
3. Pricing
The service offers both free and paid plans:

Paid plans are billed monthly via auto-renewal. Supported payment methods include credit cards.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Refund requests made within 7 days of payment will be honored in full. After 7 days, prorated refunds are not available.
5. User Responsibilities
- Only connect databases you own or have authorized access to.
- Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access to third-party data.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Service Interruption
The service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, equipment upgrades, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons. We will provide advance notice whenever possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
StemAllDay performs read-only access on your database and bears no responsibility for data loss or corruption. Statistical accuracy depends on the state of your database; we do not guarantee completeness of analytics data.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the service's design, logo, software, and content belong to StemAllDay. Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect service improvements or legal changes. You will be notified via in-app notice or email. If you do not object within 7 days of notification, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
